Washington Health Care LLC (accredited by CHAP) is a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health care agency, dedicated to provide quality and reliable services that meet the patient’s specific health care needs and the community that we serve.
Our objective is to consistently exceed client expectations by providing comprehensive, compassionate, well-coordinated home healthcare services. From Skilled Nursing, to Physical Therapy, to Behavioral Health Services, our team of clinicians implement high quality services to help patients and their families get well and stay. Since launching our clincial team in collaboration with our backoffice team have been praised for creating strong and long-term relationships with our patients, their their families, and major hospitals across the Greater Boston Area.
