Our Skilled nursing services are provided by specially trained registered nurses and licensed practical nurses that begin all cases with an assessment to obtain information to establish a plan of care. The services are prescribed by a doctor on an intermittent basis. The nurses make visits to your home to begin your recovery process. They monitor your condition, report your progress and any unexpected changes in your condition to your physician. Their services include teaching and administration of medications, wound care, intravenous therapy, catheter care, diabetic care, diet, personal care and teaching disease process and symptom management.
